Mariner Policies

• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and are per room, per night plus 9.7% MA State Tax
• Reservation Guarantee: All reservations require a one night deposit to be held against a major credit card or an advanced deposit can be made with a personal check or money order. Personal checks must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  We accept     Diners Club and Travelers Cheques
  
• Personal Checks: Sorry personal checks are not accepted upon time of arrival. Checks are acceptable only for the advanced reservation deposit guarantee.
• Occupancy: Based on double occupancy. 2 children under the age of 18 are free. Additional adults are $10.00 per person up to 4 adults per room.
• Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m. (Latest at 10:00 p.m.)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
  
• Under 21 Policy: No person or persons under the age of 21 will be allowed to stay or make a reservation at our motel unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations (for length of stay or portion of) must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for a guaranteed refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days to scheduled arrival are refundable subject to re-rental of accommodations. Early departures will be charged in full for balance of reserved period and refund will be subject to re-rental. A $20.00 processing fee may apply.
• Pet Policy: Must call toll free at 1-800-233-2939 for prior approval.
